Lady Buttercream is run by suzanne, a bespoke cake artist serving the Broxbourne, Hertford and north London area. I am a PME and Wilton trained decorator and a lifelong baker, my real passion for cakes came about because I could never find cakes that tasted as good as they looked, it’s so disappointing to buy a stunning birthday cake to cut in to it and find a dry and boring Madeira cake, so I started making my own! So rest assured whatever flavour combination you Choose it will be moist, delicious, filled with the fluffiest buttercream you have ever tasted and made from the highest quality ingredients.
